About Aberaeron.
Aberaeron boasts a number of, mostly stone, beaches North and South of the Harbour mouth. The Wales Coastal Path runs through the town allowing you to explore by foot beautiful coves, beaches, stunning scenery and other coastal villages and towns, like New Quay (a 6 mile walk away).
You can also join the Llanerchaeron cycle and walking path that follows an old railway line up through the Aeron Valley to Llanerchaeron (National Trust) a self-sufficient mansion house and farm designed by John Nash before his Buckingham Palace and Regency London fame.
For eating and drinking the superb Harbourmaster Hotel, Cellar Restaurant and The Hive on the Quay are all just a couple of minutes walk away- nothing beats a drink or ice-cream on the harbour wall in the sunshine!
